Charity Fundraising Update

We are delighted to share an update on our charity fundraising efforts so far this year, which have seen our school community come together to support a range of important causes. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of students, staff and families, we have already raised just over £1,040 through a variety of fundraising events.

Our charity work began with Macmillan Coffee Morning, which raised £166.55 to support people living with cancer and their families. This was followed by Hello Yellow Day, where £161.23 was raised in support of YoungMinds, helping to promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the school community.

Next, students and staff marked World Prematurity Day, raising £323.50 to support premature babies and their families. Most recently, our Jeans for Genes Day was a fantastic success, raising an impressive £388.73 to help fund vital research and services for children with genetic conditions.

These fundraising achievements highlight the generosity, compassion and strong sense of community within our school. We are incredibly proud of everyone who has contributed and look forward to continuing to support worthwhile causes throughout the rest of the year.
