Academy Houses

All pupils at New Line Learning Academy are allocated into one of our six Houses; Attenborough, Farah, Hepworth, Turing, Woolf and Sharman. 

The school has a vertical house system which sits alongside the year group system.  The houses allow students to feel part of a smaller community within the academy, while promoting teamwork, responsibility, good behaviour, achievement and a sense of pride. Students take part in House competitions to earn points for their House.  Staff and students contribute to house activities, competitions and fundraising through-out the academic year; building their house ethos, culminating in an annual house winner.
